Germany
Germany's greatest wines, made from the noble Riesling variety, come from vineyards which slope down, often precipitously steeply, to the Mosel, Saar, Ruwer and Nahe rivers. They range from the dry, Kabinett, styles to the very sweet Eisweins (the latter made only in the most exceptional years, when conditions permit). We very rarely carry stock of these wines, but make an offering of the new vintage each year upon release.
